CEO and Founder

Kurt Neubauer

Kurt leads JAUST’s company strategy and focuses his energy on assuring the highest quality across the entire sales and delivery chain. His current goals are growing the JAUST brand and expanding the company’s existing software technology and services capabilities across various industries, such as Healthcare, Financial Services and Manufacturing. Kurt has more than 20 years of experience and has held various positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Siebel Systems (now part of Oracle) and Systech Integrators. In 2005, he helped found JAUST Consulting Partners Inc., JAUST International Consulting Inc. (Canada) and The Olive Branch Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization of which he serves as president and guides the foundation to help children find loving parents in the United States.

His parents are from Austria and Mexico, where he was born, and that has helped forge his admiration for languages (he speaks three), travel and culture.

COO/Head 
of Delivery

Michelle Wickman

Michelle is ultimately in charge of all projects. She brings more than 20 years of IT management, consulting, product development and business analysis experience to JAUST. She previously held various positions at NCR/Radiant Systems, JDA/RedPrairie and Vista Consulting Group, where she was director of business applications, responsible for ensuring best practices were adopted and sustained through full-scale operational transformation and systems implementations at under-performing software companies. While Michelle is a techy-nerd at heart, she is also a people person and loves to leave a trail of laughter wherever she goes.

Operations Manager

Greg Newell

Greg has nearly a dozen years of experience working in professional services after spending more than a dozen years of his career in various newspaper newsrooms, primarily as a sports page designer and department manager. Prior to joining JAUST, he implemented content management systems for nine years at Newscycle Solutions (formerly Saxotech) and was then a program manager for Vista Consulting Group. Greg is on the board of directors of Phantom Regiment in Rockford, Ill., and fancies himself a food and drink aficionado.

Data Architect

Ravi Remani

Ravi has more than 20 years of experience in IT consulting, much of that time spent implementing and managing global development teams in Customer Relationship Management (salesforce.com and Siebel) solutions for Fortune 500 companies and medium-scale clients. He possesses in-depth technical knowledge, hands-on development and delivery experience, and is certified as a Force.com Developer, Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant and Sales Cloud Consultant. Ravi specializes in integrations with legacy applications and migration from existing applications to Salesforce. His CRM experience spans across diverse industries, including Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, Retail, Health Care, Manufacturing, Consumer Utilities and Government Public Service.

Director of Managed Services

Bryan Logan

Bryan has spent more than 20 years in the technology solutions area, including IT management, product development, project management, consulting and quality control management. He has held various positions at NCR/Radiant Systems, JDA/RedPrairie and ROC Associates. Most recently he was a Sr. Solutions Consultant directly responsible for client management and guidance through the enhancement request process within NCR, liaising between the client and the development organizations. He also has experience in training, implementation of major software migrations and management of automated testing.

Managing Consultant

Kyle Stewart

Kyle has more than 10 years of experience as a consultant and program manager in the technology solutions area. Prior to JAUST, he worked for Sogeti and Endeavor Telecom. While at Sogeti, he was a client partner for a Fortune 500 company, responsible for delivery oversight of a broad portfolio of engagements across multiple technology platforms. Kyle has managed large-scale Salesforce CRM and Oracle ERP implementations and upgrades with a focus on aligning the customer’s vision with the product roadmap, value and ROI targets. His consultative approach leads to him being a trusted advisor to his clients.

Solutions Architect

Dan Mullaguru

Dan has more than 20 years of experience in delivering eCommerce, Content Management and CRM solutions. He has implemented major CRM projects for many of the top Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Medical and Entertainment companies. He also has experience building mobile applications and expertise in machine learning and Amazon Web Services. Dan specializes in the field service industry and built Service 365, a field service application on the Force.com platform that is marketed by JAUST. He is also a Certified Salesforce Platform Developer and Administrator.

Executive Assistant

Nicole Gonzalez

Nicole is the longest-tenured member of the JAUST team after CEO Kurt Neubauer and the glue that holds everything together. She handles myriad tasks for the company, including invoicing, payroll, human resources, office management and anything else that gets thrown at her – always with a smile. Prior to joining JAUST, Nicole was an administrative assistant at My Goods Market, an office manager for C&S Truck Repair and a store manager for retailer New York & Company.
